Description: This notification is generated when IP packets are discarded by the NAT function; e.g., due to lack of mapping space when NAT is out of addresses or ports.
Note that the generation of natPacketDiscard notifications is throttled by the agent, as specified by the 'natNotifThrottlingInterval' object. Deprecated in favor of NATV2-MIB.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
