What is naiTrapLocalTime?

A TimeTicks value giving the time the alarm condition occurred, expressed in seconds since 00:00:00 local time on January 1, 1970. Admins use this alongside naiTrapGMTTime to see the event time in the context of the reporting device's own local clock, which is often more convenient for on-site troubleshooting. For example, an admin reviewing an alert during a night shift might reference naiTrapLocalTime to know immediately what time it was at the equipment's site when the fault occurred.
