What is naiTrapGMTTime?
A TimeTicks value giving the time the alarm condition occurred, expressed in seconds since 00:00:00 GMT on January 1, 1970. Admins use it to establish an authoritative, timezone-independent timestamp for the event, useful when correlating alarms from equipment spread across multiple timezones. For example, comparing naiTrapGMTTime values across several traps lets an admin determine the true chronological order of events regardless of where each device is physically located.
