myVlanIfAllowedVlanList
Module: MY-VLAN-MIB
OID (symbolic): MY-VLAN-MIB::myVlanIfAllowedVlanList
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.10.97.2.9.1.4.1.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: OCTET STRING
Access: read-write
Description: Each bit in every octet in octet string assigned to a vlan, the value of the bit indicates that if the vlan is belong to allowed vlan list of this interface. It indicates that assigned vlan is member of allowed vlan list of this interface if value of the bit is 1. The lowest bit of first byte correspond to vlan 1 and the lowest bit of second byte correspond to vlan 9 vlan. This field is effective for only trunk port.
What is myVlanIfAllowedVlanList?
This obsolete read-write object holds a per-interface bitmap where each bit in the 512-byte octet string marks whether a particular VLAN is in the allowed list for a trunk port. An admin used it to control which VLANs could pass tagged traffic across a trunk uplink, with the lowest bit of the first byte representing VLAN 1 and the lowest bit of the second byte representing VLAN 9. For example, setting bit 0 of octet 1 would add VLAN 1 to the trunk's allowed list, though this table has since been superseded by myVlanPortAllowedVlanList.
