This read-create TruthValue, when read, reports whether this VLAN is currently associated with a primary VLAN, and when set, tells the device whether the accompanying operation is configuring the private-VLAN type or the private-VLAN association. It effectively acts as a mode selector alongside mypvlanVlanPrivateVlanType and mypvlanVlanAssociatedPrimaryVlan, letting the same row's SET operation be interpreted as either a type change or an association change depending on this flag. An admin associating an isolated VLAN with its primary would set mypvlanIfAssociatedPrimaryVlan to a nonzero value alongside mypvlanVlanAssociatedPrimaryVlan to signal this operation is configuring the association rather than the VLAN type.
