What is myArpStatus?
This read-create RowStatus value governs the lifecycle of an ARP table entry, following the standard RowStatus text-convention semantics for creating, activating, or destroying a row. Admins use it, typically alongside myArpNetAddress and myArpPhysAddress, to add a new static ARP entry or to remove an existing one. Setting this to destroy(6) removes a specific static ARP mapping the admin no longer needs.
