What is swMSTPStpAdminState?

This read-write value turns Spanning Tree Protocol on the bridge to enabled(3), disabled(2), or other(1). An admin sets this to disabled if they need to temporarily stop STP processing on the switch, for example while manually verifying a cabling change won't create a loop.
