What is swMSTPMstPortInsID?
This read-only value (0-15) identifies which MSTP instance a swMSTPMstPortTable row's per-port data applies to. Since a port can have a different role/cost in each MSTI, admins use this alongside swMSTPMstPort to select the right instance-specific row.
