What is swMSTPInstId?
This read-only value (0-15) identifies a specific MSTP instance in the swMSTPInstanceCtrlTable; instance 0 is reserved for the CIST (Common and Internal Spanning Tree). Admins use this index to distinguish the default region-wide tree from up to 15 additional MSTIs.
