What is mss8210PCIAdapOperStatus?

This value reports the operational state of the PCI adapter in this slot, spanning states such as not-present, unavailable, enable-pending, enabled, disabled, and miss-configured. An administrator monitors this to confirm an adapter actually came up after being enabled, or to spot mismatches such as miss-configured(10) when the wrong card type is installed for the slot's configuration. For example, seeing enable-pending(6) linger without progressing to enabled(7) signals the adapter is stuck initializing and needs investigation.
