Description: This timestamp is set to the value of sysUpTime when a peer transitions into or out of the ESTABLISHED state. It is set to zero when the MSDP speaker is booted.
What is msdpPeerFsmEstablishedTime?
Records the sysUpTime value when this peer last transitioned into or out of the ESTABLISHED state, letting an admin compute how long the session has held its current state; it reads zero if the router hasn't rebooted since.
