What is sysSlaNotUsedEntityId?
A read-only helper value reporting the next unused/available entity ID (1-2000) in the SLA entity table. An admin or management script can poll this before creating a new slaEntity row with an SNMP SET, to avoid clashing with an ID that is already assigned.
