The maximum number of hops that can be specified for a tunnel on this device.

What is mplsTunnelMaxHops?

Holds the maximum number of hops allowed in an MPLS tunnel path on a device. This defines the deepest tunnel the router can create before rejecting a tunnel request. An operator uses this to verify that tunnel constraints match their network topology and won't unexpectedly block long-path tunnels.
