Description: When attempting to establish a session with a given Peer, the given LDP Entity should send out the SNMP notification, 'mplsLdpFailedInitSessionThresholdExceeded', when the number of Session Initialization messages sent exceeds this threshold.

A value of 0 (zero) for this object indicates that the threshold is infinity, and the SNMP notification will never be sent when the value of this object is 0 (zero).

What is mplsLdpEntityFailedInitSessionThreshold?

Sets how many failed session Initialization attempts this entity tolerates before sending the mplsLdpFailedInitSessionThresholdExceeded trap; a value of 0 means never alert. Admins lower this threshold to get an earlier warning that a specific peer session is repeatedly failing to establish, e.g. due to a parameter mismatch.
