What is mplsLdpEntityAtmLsrConnectivity?
This read-create enumerated value (default direct) indicates whether the peer LSR is connected directly or indirect(2), meaning through an intermediate ATM VP where VPI values may differ between endpoints. An admin sets this to indirect when the ATM path to the peer traverses a VP switch that changes VPI values, forcing the MPLS label to be encoded entirely in the VCI field instead of VPI/VCI together. Setting this to indirect(2) tells the LSR to encode the entire MPLS label within the VCI field because the VP-switched path may present a different VPI at each end.
