Description: This table provides per CEM VC performance information. Note: outbound errors are not being considered. It is assumed (at this time) that CEM packets will be forwarded as they are generated. i.e., it is assumed that there are no local outbound packet congestion issues. HC (high capacity) counters are needed for packet counts due to the high speeds expected with CEM. A SONET path of width 48 can rollover a non-HC counter in a few minutes.
