Description: This is the task ID assigned by VxWorks to a task in the system. A taskId of zero specifies a new task.
What is taskId?
This is the VxWorks-assigned identifier for a task row in the task table, and it doubles as the table's index. An admin creating a new task entry sets this to zero to signal the system should assign a fresh task ID, while reading it back for an existing row identifies exactly which running task the rest of that row's fields describe.
