What is sysRtrCtrl?
This is the master on/off switch for the device's RTR (network performance measurement) module: enabled(1) turns it on, disabled(2) turns it off. An admin must enable this before any of the ICMP echo, jitter, flow statistics, or UDP echo probes configured elsewhere in this MIB will actually run.
