ethGroupIdleTrx
Module: MODULES-MIB
OID (symbolic): MODULES-MIB::ethGroupIdleTrx
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.81.12.2.1.1.13
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: This attribute is relevant to the LE-120Q/SQ modules and when set to 'off' after port disable terminates also light propagation (for redundancy tests).
What is ethGroupIdleTrx?
On LE-120Q/SQ fiber modules, controls whether the transceiver keeps idle light propagating after a port is administratively disabled; setting it to off(2) also stops the light output, which admins use when testing fiber redundancy failover so a disabled link truly goes dark.
