Module: MOBILE-CONTACT-MIB
OID (symbolic): MOBILE-CONTACT-MIB::contactCount
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.47746.2.3.3
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Gauge32
Access: read-only
Description: The number of contact in Phone Book
What is contactCount?
This object reports the current total number of contacts stored in the mobile handset's phone book, using a Gauge32 type since the count can go up or down as contacts are added or removed. Administrators or monitoring tools check this to track phonebook usage against any storage limits the device may have. For example, seeing this value at 480 close to a device's known 500-contact limit would warn an admin the phonebook is nearly full.
