What is mcmInverseArpProtocol?
This read-only OID reports the protocol (currently only ip) used for Inverse ARP auto-discovery on this interface's DLCI. It's part of the table index alongside mcmInverseArpIfIndex, present mainly to allow for future non-IP protocols.
