What is ripIpRouteProtoTrigger?

Reports whether triggered updates are on or off for this RIP route, indicating whether a change to this route causes an immediate update to be sent rather than waiting for the next periodic RIP broadcast. Admins use it to understand how quickly a change to this specific route will propagate to neighbors. A value of on(1) means a change to this route triggers an immediate RIP update rather than waiting up to the normal update interval.
