What is ripIpRouteAge?

Reports the number of seconds since this route was last updated or otherwise confirmed correct. Admins use it to judge how fresh a RIP-learned route is, since RIP routes that haven't been refreshed within the protocol's timeout are eventually aged out and removed. A route age approaching RIP's standard 180-second invalid timer without a refresh would indicate the route is about to be flagged as unreachable.
