A read-only value identifying the owner of this GRE tunnel profile. This tells an admin what created or manages this configuration entry, such as distinguishing profiles created directly by an admin from those provisioned automatically by another system process. A profile reporting a specific owner value would tell the admin whether it's safe to manually modify or whether it's managed by an automated process instead.
