What is mwWncVarsTopoUpdate?
An on/off switch controlling whether this controller sends/receives topology information updates, used to keep multiple controllers aware of the overall wireless network layout. An admin running a multi-controller mesh would enable this so all controllers stay synchronized on network topology.
