What is mgcoRingingCadenceGroupRingingNomDuration?
This value sets the nominal, or target, duration, from 0 to 5000, of the ringing portion of this cadence component, and must be set greater than the minimum ringing duration. Administrators use it as the expected, typical duration the gateway aims for when generating this part of the ring cadence.
