What is me1200HttpsGlobalsRedirectToHttps?

This TruthValue setting controls whether the switch automatically redirects browsers that connect via plain HTTP to the equivalent HTTPS URL instead: true enables the automatic redirect, false disables it. An administrator enables this alongside turning HTTPS on, so that users who forget to type "https://" or bookmark the plain HTTP URL still end up on the encrypted management session automatically. For example, with this set to true, someone browsing to "http://192.168.1.1" to manage the switch would automatically be bounced to "https://192.168.1.1" instead of being served an unencrypted page.
