What is me1200ArpInspectionVlanConfigTableRowEditorLogType?

This row-editor field selects which category of inspected ARP entries will be logged for the VLAN being created or edited: none(0) logs nothing, deny(1) logs denied entries, permit(2) logs permitted entries, and all(3) logs everything. An admin sets it alongside the row editor's VLAN ID field before committing, defining the logging behavior that will apply to that VLAN once the row is saved. For example, an admin could set this field to deny(1) while entering a new VLAN row to ensure only blocked ARP packets get logged for that VLAN going forward.
