What is stLastSentFirstReceivedServer?
This read-only Counter64 measures the time from the last byte sent to the back-end server until the first byte is received back from it -- effectively the server's time-to-first-byte after the full request has been transmitted. A large value here, distinct from stFirstSentFirstReceivedServer, suggests the origin server is slow to start processing large uploaded request bodies specifically.
