What is mbgFDMFrequency?
This is a human-readable string of the powerline (mains) frequency in Hz as measured by the FDM. An admin monitors mains frequency stability feeding the timing reference, since large deviations point to power quality problems affecting timing accuracy. For example, "49.997" represents 49.997 Hz, close to the nominal 50 Hz supply frequency.
