What is rlTrafficSegConfigRowStatus?
This RowStatus object controls the creation, modification, and deletion of a staging entry in the traffic segmentation configuration table. Admins set it to activate a pending ingress/egress port configuration so it takes effect, or to destroy an entry they no longer need. Setting rlTrafficSegConfigRowStatus to active(1) after populating the ingress and egress port lists commits that traffic segmentation rule to the switch.
