What is rlFipIfRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs whether a per-interface FIP configuration entry exists, and admins use it to add or delete rows in the rlFipIfTable. For example, setting rlFipIfRowStatus to destroy on a port no longer participating in FCoE removes its FIP snooping configuration entry.
