What is rlFipGlobalFcfListStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs whether an entry in the global FCF (FCoE Forwarder) list exists, and admins use it to add or delete FCF entries that the switch recognizes for FIP snooping or filtering. For example, setting rlFipGlobalFcfListStatus to createAndGo when adding a new FCF's MAC address registers that forwarder in the global list.
