Description: Clear dynamic tunnels.

What is rlFipClearDynamicEntiesScalar?

This read-write value triggers clearing of dynamically learned FCoE tunnel entries when set. Admins use it to force the switch to flush dynamically discovered FIP/FCoE tunnels, for example after a topology change, so stale entries don't linger. For example, writing the appropriate action value to rlFipClearDynamicEntiesScalar purges all dynamic tunnels so they can be relearned from scratch.
