What is rlFipActiveFcoeTunnelStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs whether an active FCoE tunnel entry exists in the table tracking currently established tunnels, and admins use it to add or remove entries representing tunnels currently in use. For example, setting rlFipActiveFcoeTunnelStatus to destroy on a stale active tunnel entry clears it from the table.
