What is madgeCauTopWrapCtrl?
This sets the administratively-desired wrap state for the CAU's Ring In/Ring Out ports: normal(1), wrap-ri(2), wrap-ro(3), or wrap-both(4). Use this to manually force a wrap for testing or to isolate a segment, mirroring the read-only madgeCauTopWrap status.
