What is madgeCauSecurityExceptionPM?
This sets whether the exception-listed node in this row is allowed on the ring even if it enters Promiscuous Mode: disallow(1) still rejects it, allow(2) permits it despite the violation. Use allow(2) for a trusted management station that legitimately needs to run in promiscuous mode.
