Description: The LAM status of the LAM.
What is madgeCauLamState?
This reports the operational status of a LAM: noLam(1), nodeInserting(4) while a node is joining the ring, inserted(5) once it's up, or disabled states wrongSpeed(7)/fault(8). A LAM stuck at wrongSpeed(7) or fault(8) needs the offending node or LAM investigated before it can rejoin the ring.
