Description: A comment that can be used by the user to remember which passwords are which.
What is madgeConfigPasswordComment?
A free-text comment (up to 64 characters) an admin attaches to a password-table entry purely to remember what that particular password slot is for, for example "NOC read-only credential", since the passwords themselves can't be read back.
