What is mnHistMacChangedMsg?

This read-only object packs one or more 11-octet tuples, each an operation code, VLAN, MAC address, and dot1dBasePort, describing MAC learn or remove events recorded in a mnHistoryTable entry. An admin or management station decodes this binary blob to determine exactly which MAC address changed on which VLAN and port, since operation code 1 means learned and 2 means removed. For example, a tuple decoding to operation 1, VLAN 100, a specific MAC address, and port 12 tells the admin that MAC address was newly learned on VLAN 100 at the interface mapped to dot1dBasePort 12.
