Description: When true, port is shutdown but not reset, so counters will maintain values at time of deactivation. Further functionality controlled by ifOperStatus. Default is true.
What is lsEportActivate?
Per-port read-write flag: when true (the default), the port is shut down but not reset, so its traffic counters keep their values from the moment of deactivation rather than clearing; actual link behavior is then further controlled by ifOperStatus. This differs from lsEportEnable, which fully resets the port instead of just pausing it.
