cIpTTLZero
Module: LBHUB-MSH4PTBRDG-MIB
OID (symbolic): LBHUB-MSH4PTBRDG-MIB::cIpTTLZero
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.187.3.4.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter
Access: read-only
Description: Number of packets that would have been forwarded but their TTL went to 0.
What is cIpTTLZero?
Counts packets this bridge would otherwise have forwarded but whose IP TTL had already reached zero, so they were discarded instead of looping forever. A growing count often signals a routing loop somewhere sending packets with TTLs too low to reach their destination through this hop.
