Description: A flag to specify whether the bridge relay will soft filter frames passing through it.
What is blcProtocolFilterMode?
Turns on or off whether the bridge relay applies its configured protocol filters ('soft filtering') to frames passing through it; an admin sets this on to actually enforce the filters defined in the protocol filter table.
