What is lesStatInsRes?
This read-only counter tallies insufficient-resources errors returned by this LES when it couldn't grant a request. A rising count signals an admin that the LES is running low on internal capacity (e.g. ARP cache or VCC slots) and may need scaling or reconfiguration.
