What is busStatFrmTimeOuts?
Counts frames the BUS dropped because they timed out, per busConfMaxFrameAge, before it could forward them to all relevant Multicast Send/Forward VCCs -- rising values suggest the BUS or downstream VCCs can't keep up with traffic volume.
