OID (symbolic): L2TV1-MIB::l2tHelloTimer

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.119.4.7.1.1.6

Inactivity timer in seconds after which the L2T stack sends a keep-alive Hello packet to a tunnel peer (default 60). Lowering this detects a dead peer faster but increases keep-alive chatter on idle tunnels.
