Description: Displays the estimated offset error of the system clock relative to the master clock in seconds. This variable can take on both positive and negative values; the value will be positive if the system clock is ahead of the master clock; the value will be negative if the system clock is behind the master clock. This offset value will be used by the internal NTP filter algorithm to adjust the system clock to correct any error it may have.

What is juniNtpSysClockOffsetErrorNew?

The estimated offset error of the system clock relative to the master clock, in seconds, as a display string, per its DESCRIPTION: positive if the local clock is ahead, negative if behind. This is the non-deprecated replacement for juniNtpSysClockOffsetError, kept as a DisplayString instead of the older signed-time encoding, and it's the value NTP's internal filter algorithm uses to correct the clock.
