What is juniL2tpSysConfigFailoverResync?
Read-write selector for how the router resynchronizes tunnel/session state with its peer after a failover event: disable(0) skips resync, failoverProtocol(1) uses the standard L2TP Failover Protocol, silentFailover(2) uses JUNOSe's proprietary silent-failover mechanism, and failoverProtocolFallbackToSilentFailover(3) — the default — tries the standard protocol first and falls back to silent failover if the peer doesn't support it. An admin sets this based on whether the L2TP peer at the other end of the tunnel understands the standard failover protocol.
