What is juniL2tpSysConfigControlRetransmissionsEstablished?
Read-write count (2-7) of how many times the router retransmits an unacknowledged control message before declaring the control connection down, for tunnels that have already reached the established state. It replaces the deprecated juniL2tpSysConfigControlRetransmissions object and is set separately from the not-yet-established case so a flapping brand-new tunnel doesn't tear down an already-stable one as quickly, or vice versa.
