Description: Controls the sending of system memory utilization events. Setting the value of this object to true(1) will cause system memory utilization event notification, if they occur, to be sent to the management entity on this system. Setting the value of this object to false(2) will disable event notifications.

Turns system memory utilization event notifications on (true) or off (false). Disable it only if you're monitoring memory utilization by polling instead and want to suppress duplicate trap noise.
